Our Services
WholePath Community Support Services helps vulnerable adults establish stability, access essential resources, and move toward greater independence. Our primary focus is supportive housing, but we understand that a safe place to live is only one part of a person’s journey. Many individuals also need transportation, personal support, re-entry assistance, resource coordination, life-skills development, and help preparing for long-term housing. That is why WholePath uses a whole-person approach. We work to understand each individual’s circumstances, strengths, barriers, and goals before developing a practical path forward. Services are provided based on program eligibility, available capacity, individual needs, referral requirements, and WholePath’s authorized scope of service.
